How To Order

  • All products are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD). 
  • Interested buyers can submit their orders by completing and submitting the Order Form online.  If the stocks are available, we will confirm your order within ten (10) working days by emailing you the Confirmation Note.  
  • Sale of items are subject to availability of stocks, colours and sizes (where applicable).  If the stocks ordered are not available or need to be re-stocked by our supplier(s), we will notify you via email.  
  • Once you receive our Confirmation Note, please effect payment within the next five (5) working days from the "Date of Issue" on the Confirmation Note.  Payment is to be credited to a POSB account which we will provide to you in our Confirmation Note.  If we do not receive your payment by the stipulated timeline, we reserve the right to withhold / cancel the sale & delivery of the items to you.  
  • Purchased items will be sent via ordinary post (standard) or registered post (upon request) within the next fourteen (14) days to your mailing address as to be stated on your Order Form.   Separate postage cost shall apply and this will be informed to you in our Confirmation Note.  Should you wish to self-collect (in Singapore), please indicate in your Order Form.  
  • All items sold (from the point of payment to us) are non-returnable and/or non-refundable.  However, do rest assured that we will check the items before we mail them out.  
  • We reserve the absolute right to add, delete and/or amend any part of the Terms & Conditions stated herein.   By submitting the Order Form and/or effecting payment to us, you are deemed to have read and agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions stated above.
